As the Greater New York Dietetic Association’s (GNYDA) Cultural Foods Co-Chairs, Theresa Gentile and I would like to invite you to an awesome event we are hosting,Taste of Italy in Willy B, at FABBRICA restaurant and bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

We invite you to join GNYDA members and friends to learn about contemporary Italian cuisine. The evening will kick off with tastings of gourmet Italian fare prepared with seasonal ingredients. Following hors d’oeuvres, Executive Chef Simone Bonelli will present a culinary demonstration and create healthy Italian dishes for all to see out of FABBRICA’s open kitchen. To complete the evening, guests will be able to sample the creations prepared by Chef Simone.

About the Chef: Award-winning Italian Executive Chef Simone Bonelli was trained at the three Michelin starred Osteria Francescana in Italy and brings his expertise and experiences to FABBRICA’s contemporary Italian cuisine. FABBRICA’s vast theatrical interior space is decorated by a large mural created by the acclaimed Brooklyn artist Olalekan Jeyifous.
